Well Beyond Breast Cancer is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization closing one of the most overlooked gaps in breast cancer care: access to Breast Cancer Rehabilitation.

Side effects such as pain, fatigue, mobility loss, scar tissue restrictions, and neuropathy can linger long after breast cancer treatment, making it difficult to lift a child, reach overhead, sleep through the night, return to work, or participate in the roles and activities that give life meaning.

Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, a specialized field of physical and occupational therapy, can reduce suffering, ease side effects, and improve overall quality of life. Yet despite its impact, only 2–9% of survivors ever receive this specialized care.

WBBC exists to change that. Through its Financial Assistance Program, educational initiatives, and advocacy efforts, WBBC reduces barriers to Breast Cancer Rehabilitation so more individuals can access the specialized care they need to live well beyond breast cancer.
